Coastal stump grinding was founded over 18 years ago by Kevin Miller a retired  Summerville firefighter and Summerville native. Since then Kevin has been grinding stumps in the Lowcountry for homeowners, tree services, landscaping companies, land clearing companies as well as many others.

The equipment used by coastal stump grinding is state of the art equipment. Our equipment will fit through a 36-inch walk through gate allowing easy access to back yards. This machine is designed so there is no damage to your yard. Turf friendly equipment!

We offer multiple stump discounts as well as veteran discounts.

We are happy to meet with you to determine your needs and provide a free estimate. Most times we have our equipment with us so we can quickly and efficiently remove the stump that day.
